1 Definitions & Scope

The following terms used in these Terms and Conditions carry specific meanings:

• "dbb88" or "Platform" — The dbb88.lat website and all related services, applications, and mobile interfaces.
• "Member" or "User" — Any person who holds a registered account on dbb88 or uses the Platform's services.
• "Services" — Casino gaming, sports betting, live casino, and all other online entertainment services provided through the Platform.
• "Account" — A personal user profile registered for a member through which they can access the Platform.
• "Wagering Requirement" — The specified amount of bets that must be placed before bonus funds can be withdrawn.

2 Eligibility & Account Registration

2.2 Single Account

Each person may open only one account. If the same person operates multiple accounts, they will be considered "duplicate accounts" and all accounts will be closed immediately. Bonuses and winnings earned may be forfeited.

2.3 Registration Information

All information provided at registration must be accurate, complete, and up to date. dbb88 reserves the right to cancel an account if false or misleading information is provided. Members must notify dbb88 Support immediately if any details change.

2.4 Geographic Restrictions

Users from certain regions or countries may not use the Platform. It is the user's own responsibility to comply with the applicable laws of their country or region. dbb88 does not provide legal advice on this matter.

3 Account Security & Responsibility

The member is responsible for keeping their account login credentials (username and password) completely confidential. Sharing this information with any third party is prohibited. The member is solely responsible for all activities carried out through their account.

If a member suspects unauthorized access to their account, they must contact dbb88 Support immediately. dbb88 is not liable for any loss resulting from a security breach of an account, unless it is proven that the breach was directly caused by dbb88's own negligence.

4 Deposit & Withdrawal Policy

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

dbb88 currently supports the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, and Rocket. Rocket is the mobile wallet service of Dutch-Bangla Bank. All transactions are completed in Bangladeshi Taka (৳/BDT).

4.2 Minimum Limits

• Minimum deposit: ৳100 per method.
• Minimum withdrawal: ৳1,000.

No transactions below the stated minimum limits will be processed.

4.3 Withdrawal Timeframe

Approved withdrawal requests are generally processed within 10 to 45 minutes. Some cases may take additional time due to verification procedures. Withdrawals will always be sent to the same payment method used for the original deposit.

4.4 Transaction Verification

dbb88 reserves the right to verify any deposit or withdrawal request. Identity documents or payment-related documents may be requested for this purpose. dbb88 complies with applicable regulations to prevent money laundering.

5 Bonus & Promotion Terms

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members are eligible for a 200% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳20,000. For example:

• Deposit ৳1,000 and receive a ৳2,000 bonus, for a total balance of ৳3,000.
• Deposit ৳22,000 and receive a ৳20,000 bonus (maximum limit), for a total balance of ৳42,000.

5.2 Wagering Requirement

The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 15 times the bonus amount. This is calculated solely on the bonus amount — not on the combined total of the deposit and bonus. Example: ৳2,000 bonus × 15 = ৳30,000 in bets must be placed before winnings from the bonus can be withdrawn.

5.3 Bonus Abuse

Bonuses may be cancelled in the following cases:

• Collecting bonuses using multiple accounts.
• Following a low-risk betting strategy aimed at fulfilling wagering requirements.
• Claiming a bonus by providing false information.
• Taking advantage of bonuses in any manner that violates the terms of service.

All promotions may be changed, suspended, or cancelled at any time at dbb88's sole discretion.

6 Gaming Rules

6.1 Fair Play

All games on the dbb88 platform are operated in a fair and transparent manner. The games are developed by reputable software providers and governed by Random Number Generator (RNG) technology. No outcome is predetermined.

6.2 Technical Errors

If a game round is not completed due to a technical error, server disruption, or network issue, dbb88 will make a decision based on the nearest verifiable data related to the error. This decision will be considered final. dbb88 reserves the right to void "erroneous" payouts.

6.3 Sports Betting

All odds offered in sports betting markets are subject to change. Bets placed after a match has started or after a specified deadline will not be accepted. Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled unless dbb88 itself offers that option.

7 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited, and any violation may result in immediate account closure:

• Exploiting any bug, error, or technical vulnerability in the Platform or its games.
• Using any automated software, bots, crawlers, or other automated tools.
• Collusion (coordinating with other players to defraud the Platform).
• Money laundering or conducting illegal financial activities.
• Stealing another member's account credentials or attempting unauthorized access.
• Introducing malicious code into the Platform's systems, network, or servers.
• Harassing or threatening other members.
• Operating an account on behalf of or for use by minors.

8 Intellectual Property

All content on the dbb88 platform — logos, designs, graphics, software, text, and databases — is the exclusive property of dbb88 and its licensors and is protected by applicable copyright law.

Members are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Platform's content for personal, non-commercial purposes. Reproducing, distributing, modifying, or selling any content to a third party beyond the scope of this license is strictly prohibited.

9 Limitation of Liability

dbb88 provides services on an "as-is" basis. dbb88 makes no guarantees or representations regarding the following:

• That the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or fully secure.
• That the Platform will be accessible at any time or on any device.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, dbb88 is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages. The risk of winning or losing in any game is entirely the member's own.

10 Privacy & Data Protection

11 Account Suspension & Closure

11.1 dbb88's Rights

dbb88 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account in the following cases:

• Violation of any clause in these Terms.

• Failure to complete identity verification.
• Extended account inactivity (in accordance with the applicable inactivity policy).
• A self-exclusion request under the responsible gaming policy.

11.2 Closure at Member's Request

12 Changes & Amendments to Terms
